Join us for the 5th annual Painting & Crafting Open House. It is a fun filled weekend of painting, card making, rubber stamping, crafting, scrapbooking, shopping, door prizes, raffles and more. This year will be bigger, better and more exciting. Make plans to attend you can take classes or just drop by to check it out. All classes are open to everyone and are beginner level. Each class is individually priced. Note: Our new format, total class cost is listed per class.

Classes, classes and more classes. Each class is taught by a wonderful instructor who is an expert in their craft. If you have questions contact the instructor.
Leigh’s classes: Please bring small, micro-tip scissors, acid-free adhesive, and Glue Dots to all classes. These products will be available for sale if you do not have them. Classes in red font
Dixie’s classes: Supplies to bring, paper cutter, scissors, mono adhesive or double sided tape Classes in blue font

1. CREATIVE CALENDAR 5:30-7:30pm This adorable 6” X 6” calendar will make a wonderful gift, desk accessory, or organizer. Each month you will enjoy a unique page to fit the month’s theme. Scrapbooking and stamping techniques will be used. Class with Leigh. Class Fee $20
2. SANTA BUCKET Special event 6:00pm-8:30pm This is a too cute surface, a metal bucket with wood lid in the shape of Santa moon. The surface is awesome and the project adorable. Very unique and fun Class with Mary. Bring brushes Class fee $20
3. A CARD FOR ALL SEASONS 9:15-11:00am Never get stuck without a card on hand again! In this class, you will make some cards to cover you throughout the year. You will make six cards: a birthday card, Christmas card, Fall card, Easter card, and two all-occasion cards using unique papers, stamping and adorable embellishments. Class with Leigh Class Fee $8
4. MINI GARDEN SIGN 9:30-10:30 Perfect for the garden enthusiast, it can be turned into a pin, ornament or magnet. Talk about quick and easy. You get supplies to create 2 of them. Bring Brushes. Class with Mary Class fee $5.00
5. Bags, Boxes and more for Christmas 10:00-12:00 Put stars in their eyes when you give them your gift in a STAR bag. Using Stamping Up's definitely decorative double sided paper you will be making this gift bag. We will also be making a Christmas tree bag that is all heart. As well as some custom, easy to make bows. Class with Dixie. Class fee $10
6. QUICK & EASY 11am-12:30pm You get to create 2 adorable projects, the 1st is to learn how you can take a home décor item and turn it into a great gift in minutes. 2nd create a paint palette snowman so cute you will have to keep him. Quick easy and fun, bring brushes, Class with Mary Class fee $10
7. CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS 12:30-1:30 Christmas ornaments with treats inside. See the surprise on your kids faces when they open up these ornaments that have candy, money or any other surprise you want to put in them. We will be making two ornaments: a mini gable box and a square gift box. These can also be used as decorative additions to your packages. Class with Dixie Class fee $8
8. GREAT FOR 2008 1:30-3:30PM This ornament is perfect to give for 2008. You will love how it looks. This is a 2 sided ornament, we will be creating 1 side during class, you can finish the other side at home or the class will be offered on Sat. take it again and do the other side. 9. COOKIE JAR 4:30pm-6:30pm Flower pots are not just for flowers anymore. Give those baked goodies to friends and neighbors in this easy to make flower pot cookie jar. It is a gift that will be remembered year after year after the cookies are gone. Class with Dixie. Class Fee $15
10. CHOCOLATE CHIPS Special Event 6:30-8:30pm What is the only thing better than painting that would be painting chocolate? These unique wooden chocolate chip shaped designs create the most adorable projects. Sorry they are not edible. A little painting and a little embellishing goes a long way. You will create 2 different designs. Bring Brushes Class with Mary Class fee $12
11. GREAT FOR 2008 9:15-10:45PM Not a repeat, you can take both times see below This ornament is perfect to give for 2008. You will love how it looks. This is a 2 sided ornament, you will complete 1 side, the other can be done at home or if you took it on Friday, you can do the 2nd side during this class. Bring Brushes, Class with Mary Class fee $6
12. Winter Scene Christmas Card 10:45-12:15 Winter can be as Lovely as a Tree with this elegant winter scene Christmas card. Class with Dixie. Class fee $5
13. PORCELAIN ORNAMENTS WITH ACRYIC PAINT Special Event 11-1:00PM Always wanted to be a china painter, now you can learn to paint great pieces of glass & porcelain but with the regular acrylic paints you already have. Learn great techniques for shading. Bring Brushes Class with Mary. Class fee $12
14. Winter Wonderland Pop Up Card 1-2:15pm Transport your friends to a starlit forest where small animals frolic in the snowy winter landscape. Class with Dixie. Class fee $6
15. LASER CUT TREE 1:45-3:30 The surface makes the project; this 3 piece dimensional tree can be done in many designs. Great holiday project. Bring Brushes. Class with Mary Class fee $10
16. Garland of Snowmen Card 2:45-3:45 Winter comes with snow and of course snowmen. A line of velour top hats crowns this chorus of six snowmen. Class with Dixie. Class fee $6
